What we do:
High-precision machining of metals and plastics.
We manufacture components with demanding quality requirements, ensuring repeatability and full compliance with technical documentation at every stage from prototypes to serial production.
Scope of services:
Our approach:
Every project is handled individually, and quality control is an integral part of our process. We optimize production time, pay attention to every detail and always deliver on schedule. Additional processes such as laser marking and surface finishing allow us to provide parts that are fully ready for use.
From design, through manufacturing, to final finishing.
Use this section to quickly and conveniently learn more about our CNC machining services. We’ve gathered answers to the most frequently asked questions, presented both in text form and through short video materials. They will help you better understand how we process orders and how we approach projects that require precise milling or turning.

We machine aluminium, steels, stainless steel, brass and various engineering plastics.
Depending on the project, we can work with virtually any material.
The key is selecting the right machining technology and tools for each specific component.
Yes. We handle projects comprehensively, from the first prototype, through small and medium batches, all the way to full-scale serial production.
We support clients at every stage, maintaining the same high quality regardless of volume.
Thanks to our flexible approach, we can seamlessly transition from initial testing to stable, serial production.
Achievable tolerances always depend on the component itself, geometry, material, machining method and required functional parameters.
For this reason, we do not quote a single “universal” accuracy: every part comes with its own constraints.
We typically work within hundredths of a millimetre, and under suitable conditions, also within thousandths.
Accuracy is verified using CMM measurements and full quality documentation (e.g., FAI, PPAP), ensuring complete traceability of each component.
The best combination is a 3D model in STEP/STP format and a technical drawing in PDF.
The model shows full geometry, while the drawing specifies tolerances and technological details.
In addition to CNC machining, we also provide:
Glass bead blasting
Laser marking
Surface finishing such as anodizing, nickel plating and SurTec 650 chromate conversion (performed with trusted partners)
Cleaning, protecting and packaging parts before shipment
