3D PRINTING

3D PRINTING

What we do:

We use 3D printing to support both design and production.
We create test models, assembly fixtures and gauges for checking part geometry.

Scope of services:

  • FDM 3D printing
  • Test models, show parts and assembly aids
  • Material and printing parameter selection
  • Post-processing and finishing of printed parts

Our approach:

3D printing shortens the implementation time for new projects and reduces the risk of errors before production starts.
Each model is created based on CAD data, maintaining the required geometry and dimensional accuracy.

LEARN MORE ABOUT 3D PRINTING AND ITS APPLICATIONS IN THE FAQ SECTION

WE LISTEN YOU SPEAK…

In this FAQ section you’ll find answers to questions about prototyping, material selection and how printed parts are used in the production process.
You’ll also see how 3D printing supports auxiliary tooling and helps shorten the lead time for new projects.

We use FDM 3D printing, mainly for prototypes, fixtures, assembly tools and short runs of functional parts.
This allows us to quickly verify the shape, fit and function of a component before starting CNC machining or injection moulding.

Yes, we can prepare a 3D model based on a sketch or 2D drawing.
We analyse the part’s requirements and then create a model optimised for FDM printing, adjusting wall thicknesses and critical areas where needed.

For 3D printing we work exclusively with plastics, not metals.
We print mainly in PLA, PETG, ABS and TPU, selecting the material based on stiffness, temperature resistance or required flexibility.

The maximum build volume for a single print is 340 × 320 × 340 mm.
This allows us to produce both small parts and fixtures, as well as larger components either in one piece or as segments for later assembly.

FDM prints naturally have a visible layer structure typical for this technology.
With properly selected parameters we achieve an even, clean surface suitable for prototypes and functional parts, and we can additionally machine or smooth the surface if required.
